This Chardonnay was fermented in a combination of French oak, concrete egg and stainless steel barrels. This process has resulted in an incredibly creamy wine that also has wonderful fruit flavors.
This Sauvignon Blanc is one of the winery's favorite refreshing whites. While a dry white, enough residual sugar remains to create a richer texture and a smooth finish.
