Our Unoaked Chardonnay brings out the clean, crisp, and fruity character of Chardonnay. You are going to love the brightness of this wine that is lean and…well…it is really thrist quenching. Along with the bouquet of fruit I mentioned a moment ago, in unoaked chardonnay you will also find hints of lime, pineapple, some minerality and floral notes. It is simply delightful. The rich and fruity mouthfeel along with hits of mineral is reminiscent of other varietals such as Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, Chenin Blanc or maybe even a dry Moscato. This wine is dry, crisp, refreshing and has a lush mouthfeel.
