Member Agreement
Thank you for joining one of Rolling Hills Vineyard’s wine club. As a wine club member, you are agreeing to the following:
I am 21 years or older. As a member, I will pick up my clubs releases or receive shipments based on the predetermined schedule for my club. In order to pay for each wine club release, I hereby authorize Rolling Hills Vineyard to charge my credit card on file. If shipped, each shipment will include the applicable shipping and taxes.
I understand that it is my responsibility to notify Rolling Hills Vineyard in writing of any address changes before packages are shipped. Rolling Hills Vineyard will not be responsible for additional shipping charges caused by misdirected packages.
I understand that my membership is ongoing. I also understand that I can cancel my membership at any time by doing so in writing without further obligation other than any wine charged prior to Rolling Hills Vineyard’s receipt of my cancellation.
I understand at least I am committing to purchasing at least two club allotments of this type before cancelation.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to our tasting room manager.
WARNING: Drinking distilled spirits, beer, wine, and other alcoholic beverages may increase cancer risk and cause birth defects if consumed during pregnancy.
Account Updates
Please notify our tasting room manager of any billing and shipping address changes at least one week prior to any scheduled pick up or ship date.
Important: You may be responsible for additional shipping charges; in the event you do not contact us with address changes at least one week prior to the scheduled ship date.
Temperature Holds
Since wine is a perishable product, our shipping policies dictate that we do not ship wine during periods of extreme high or low temperatures, or when we feel there is a high risk of spoilage. To try to avoid shipments over the weekend, we try to make sure wine club shipments are made on Monday whenever possible.
If you choose to override our shipping policy, we will not accept returns for spoiled wine that was not shipped according to our shipping policy.
We make every effort to ensure your wine arrives in the same condition as when it is shipped from our tasting room. Since cannot control what happens to your shipment in transit if you feel you have received a damaged bottle, please contact us immediately.
